Theory

Cumulative Care Taking Trauma® is a theory and recognition of a pattern seen and felt within the collective nursing profession.

Vision

It is our goal to provide this language as a blueprint for developing advancements and supporting research + efforts that establish debriefing as a national standard of nursing practice.

Mission

Provide structured debriefing of single incident and Cumulative Care Taking Trauma®, emotional wellness offerings, sobriety support, and CE workshops to nurses of all roles and specialties.

Heart centered , mission driven pricing + love as a strategy

Our work is mission driven with heart centered pricing - meaning those that can pay do so and those who are experiencing hardship are awarded scholarships/reduced rate sessions.

As a nonprofit organization, 58% of our funding comes from the generous donors of our commUNITY. The remainder comes from our programs, workshops and digital products tools + resources. 

Every $50 donation provides one scholarship based debriefing session to a nurse in need.
